Carbolite HTRV High Temperature Vertical Tube Furnace
1、 Product Introduction:
Carbolite HTRV high-temperature tube furnace can be used vertically, with a maximum temperature of 1800 ℃.
High grade insulation materials are composed of vacuum formed fiberboard, which has a low thermal conductivity to ensure low energy consumption and fast heating speed. The insulation layer and silicon molybdenum rod heating element are placed inside a rectangular shell, and the heating element is installed vertically, making replacement simple and convenient. At high temperatures, the heating element reacts with oxygen to form a silicon dioxide protective layer on the surface, which protects the heating element from further thermal shock and chemical corrosion.
With a variety of accessories, the HTRV series high-temperature tube furnace can provide a complete system solution for applications in the high temperature range.
The standard vertical furnace does not include a bracket, and users can integrate the furnace into their own equipment. An additional L-shaped bracket can also be selected to support the furnace body.

6、 Attention:
1. When using ceramic working tubes, the heating rate should not exceed 5 ℃/minute
